Mellow Mushroom Creates 'Strawberry Shakedown' Cocktail for Summer

Mellow Mushroom has created a thirst-quenching new summer cocktail. The “Strawberry Shakedown” is the latest addition to Mellow Mushroom’s Liquid Karma Cocktails.

The Strawberry Shakedown is a handcrafted punch featuring Tito’s Vodka, fresh strawberries, and citrus topped with a dash of Angostura Bitters. The recipe may be simple, but this cocktail is big on taste.

“Mellow Mushroom is known primarily for hand-tossed stone-baked pizzas, however, we also offer a delicious variety of handcrafted mocktails and cocktails,” says Anne Mejia, VP Brand Development, Mellow Mushroom. “Our latest cocktail creation, Strawberry Shakedown, can be enjoyed while patio dining with family, colleagues, or friends.”

The Strawberry Shakedown is a perfect complement to many of Mellow Mushroom’s menu items, pairing best with the flavors of the Kosmic Karma pizza or Spinach Artichoke Dip.

The cornerstone of the Mellow Mushroom menu is stone-baked pizzas featuring a crust made from five simple ingredients, including water from Appalachian Mountain springs. Other menu highlights are freshly made salads, munchies, cocktails, and a wide selection of beers, including many from local breweries.
